We will be opening this week with our expert witness Tracy Sadler, who will be talking to you about her personal sustainability journey and how it sparked a new business. Along side her talk Tracy will be demonstrating making some of her favourite recipes including chocolate fudge and kale crisps! Tracy Sadler runs a local food business called Raw Happy
